No, I have been selling new and gently used clothing for the past 6 years on both my personal website and on eBay. However, I am relatively new to eCrater but don't let that fool you - I know my clothing, shoes & accessories.

I travel on the weekends around town as well as to other states to find new and gently used items. I also have a small prestigious client base that consigns with me; as well as on the lookout for new potential clients to consign their unique and better brand/designer items.

All sales are final because I describe my items as thoroughly as possible. I inspect all items prior to listing, during storage and again prior to shipping them out to the buyer. Also note that a lot of my items are on consignment from clients. Once payment has been processed and finalized, I pay my clients their share of the proceeds from the sale of their items within 3 days of payment receipt.

I detest fakes and will only sale authentic items. I also have a ME page on eBay that was created to help educate others in what to look for when purchasing designer items off the internet. No, I will not falsify claim forms for anyone. The purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be the amount placed on the customs forms. Here are my terms of sale for all international buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges (including but not limited to Duty and/or VAT fees) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Domestic shipments are shipped either UPS or USPS, whichever is cheaper for the size and weight of your item(s) purchased. Both methods are trackable and include insurance for the amount of your item(s) purchased. International shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (tyvek or box) or USPS Express Mail (flat rate, tyvek or box) - whichever is cheaper. I ship this method for international buyers so the item can be insured and tracked. Please note that insurance is added to the shipping costs automatically and therefore, some packages may require a signature (especially if shipped via Express Mail).

The highest shipping & handling charge applies first, and then it is only $2 for each additional item purchased that is shipped with your initial order. Items must be paid for AND SHIPPED together to get the combined shipping discount.

Yes, you will need to contact me with the types of items you are wanting to sell and I will e-mail or fax you a contract that outlines the brands, styles, and fee structure. You will meet me to review the items you are desiring to consign and/or if you are several states away, you can mail your items to me with delivery confirmation/signature confirmation and/or tracking number. Once I receive your items, I will inspect each item carefully and let you know which is acceptable and which I feel I will not have success with. I will ship back to you (if you desire) any unaccepted clothing or donate (your choice). Your initial shipping fees are reimbursed to you upon the sale of your consigned items.
